My Approach to Personal Training

Alexander Fitness LLC offers an online personal training and weightloss program that focuses on creating customized workout plans and nutrition guidance for individuals at all fitness levels. My approach includes personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions and tailored fitness programs, ensuring effective and efficient progress towards your health and wellness goals, also providing helpful weightloss tips, and advanced nutrition information.

Why I Do This?

About a year ago, I was extremely overweight. Mentally, I felt lost. I had terrible eating habits, felt slow and sluggish every day, and constant joint pain reminded me of the weight I carried — physically and emotionally. I used to dream of what I wanted to look like but took no action to change.

Then one day, something clicked. I decided I didn’t just want to change how I looked — I wanted to change how I lived.

Through trial and error, I discovered what really works — and what doesn’t — when it comes to losing weight. I made mistakes, learned lessons, and kept pushing forward. Now, 80 pounds lighter, I have a body I’m proud of and a mindset I wouldn’t trade for the world.

I didn’t have the guidance I was searching for — someone to walk beside me and show me the way. That’s why I’m here now: to be that person for you.

I want to share the honest truth. No gimmicks, just the information I wish I had when I started. I want to help you change your life, just like I changed mine — one step at a time.
